Volunteering

Volunteering is a great way to learn new skills and help you feel connected to those you are helping in your local community.

We have a wide range of volunteers who help out on our board as well as in our youth, childcare and counselling projects.  Our volunteers include young people gaining new skills, people who can spare a few hours a week to support us as well as retired people with some time to spare.

Each aspect of HFT’s work has been started by volunteers and continues with volunteering at the heart of our activities.
